As children, we never would have dreamed of the adventurous, busy life that we get to share with one another and our family. Raising six kids on our micro farm in a small rural community in southwestern Washington State was not the direction either of us had planned for our lives to take-but it's exactly what we needed. Together, we have the privilege of loving six children, two dogs (Bella and Elsa), one cat (Alice), two sugar gliders (Dumpling and Jasper), seven chickens and one pet turkey (Spike).

We share a passion for crafting imaginative stories that capture the hearts and minds of young readers. As parents to six wonderful kids, we draw inspiration from their curiosity and boundless creativity, shaping our stories to resonate with the inquisitiveness and wonder that childhood brings.

In addition to our shared roles as parents, authors, and illustrators, our faith in Jesus Christ is most important and integral part of our lives. It guides our storytelling, allowing us to infuse our stories with values of kindness, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, and integrity in a way that is reflective of the Fruits of the Spirit, yet in stories that are easy to understand.
